Just Sayin'
You know, I tried the corporate thing. I hated being behind a desk. However, there are times when it sounds appealing. Like tonight. I could be out having free drinks because some VP had a birthday instead of at home, trying to keep an 18 month old who has a double ear infection, who got three vaccinations today, and who did not nap all day from destroying my house while he refuses to eat, to sit still to read, or to go to sleep.

I know. I wouldn't give up my time with my kids for anything, but there are days (like the one last week when I kicked a hole in the wall) when I begin to fantasize about the tenure track position I could have attained by now...
