I wouldn't be surprised if he read that soon; I wasn't quite three when I started reading. The big difference is that I had two older brothers to emulate, and Will is just driven on his own.
I wish I had caught him on camera earlier - he was pointing at the words and mimicking our speech patterns, then pointing to the pictures to do his "mooo" or "dog".
