Check it out - you can see both of the top outside teeth, and the front one that broke through today. I guess he won't be a snaggletooth for long! Poor baby has an irritated face from his snotty nose and dried out paci at night (and sweet potatoes from an incomplete dinner), but that grin is super cute.
